It also allows investors to face fewer costs from repeated reinvestment of the same dollars, to receive a steady yield generated by hard assets, and to retain the flexibility to cash out or expand their investment as desired.

Our Strategy

We focus on manufactured housing properties–also referred to as mobile home parks–in secondary and tertiary markets in Texas and along the Gulf Coast. These properties make for sound investments due to their high demand by consumers, low cost per unit, lower turnover than other multi-family properties, and relatively low risk.

We are selective in our acquisitions, targeting small to midsize parks with owner-occupied homes, pre-existing municipal utilities, under market rental prices, and room for expansion.
